American Daughter and Holocaust Surviving Dying Mom Stranded in Germany













An
American woman and her mother, from New York City are desperately
seeking help to get back to New York City from Germany. Frans J Van Looy
- Looij signed agreement to be financially responsible for the 36 year
old daughter of a Holocaust Survivor/Cancer Patient in Germany. It is
with the german consulate and german immigration office in New York
City. A Mr. Jurgens would be able to get it from the files and he is
available from 2-4pm. The german office for immigration also has the
'notarized' letter.

The Cancer Patient has recently been treated by Dr. Arno Thaller.



The daughter is alleging Medical Malpractice against the Dr. She further
alleges Money Laundering, Kidnapping, Sexual Battery, Torture, Assault
and Battery, Drugging, and other things against Frans.



She says she and her mom have now been deserted by Frans and are
stranded in Markt Berolzheim at 1 Merheim with no food and no
transportation. She has sought help from the US State Department and the
local police to no avail so is desperately seeking help through this
news story about her and her mom's desperate situation. The mother has
dual citizenship both United States and Israel.



Frans is also known as Dr. F Van Looy and F J Van Looy. He has attacked
both the dying mother and the daughter on numerous occasions.



The history of her story includes names of powerful European and
American families. Attorneys Daniel Lehman and Gideon Rothschild are
partially responsible for the dangerous developments that have led to
where they are now.
